dusty furniture cold food
Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great.
The bedroom furniture seemed old and wasn't very clean. I found lots of dust around the edges. I struggled to figure out what switch controlled each light because there were so MANY switches. The buffet food was cold too.

a bit underwhelming.

poor soundproofing firm bed
the location was acceptable. it made getting around fairly easy.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Noise from outside kept me awake. also, the bed was far too firm. i woke up with a sore back each morning.

thai decorations excellent service delicious breakfast
I really liked the rooms. It had traditional thai decorations. the staff provided excellent service, attending to my needs quickly. the breakfast was delicious and had various options.
The hallway lighting was a bit dim, especially at night. I found that slightly inconvenient.

charming getaway

mini bar welcome tea helpful staff calm space
i appreciated the complimentary mini bar stocked with water, soft drinks, and snacks. the hotel provided a lovely welcome tea upon arrival. the staff helped arrange a cooking class and transport to my next destination. the hotel has a pool area that provided a calm space to relax.
some of the furniture had noticeable dust accumulation along the edges. i found it a little tricky to locate the light switches at first because there were several throughout the room.
